Chili Dog Casserole
I LOVE a good chili dog... but I hate buns. As a diabetic, buns are white carb filler for me and are actually fairly bad for my blood sugar, so when I saw this casserole was made with tortillas, I had to give it a try. Please note, that I halved the recipe when I made it, so the pictures will look off.
2 (15oz) cans Chili (use your favorite)
1 (16oz) package Hot Dogs (again, use your favorite)
10 (8") flour tortillas
1 (8oz) package shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread 1 can of chili on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll hotdogs inside tortillas and place seam side down on chili.
Top with remaining can of chili.
Sprinkle with more cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
