Looking for a different way to eat your pizza? How about as a pot pie?
Ingredients List
4 Ramikens, sprayed all over with non-stick cooking spray
Sixteen tablespoons Pizza Sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 cup Provolone Cheese (shredded)
1 cup Sausage (cooked)
20 slices Pepperoni
1 (6.5oz) can Mushroom Ends & Pieces
1 (2.25oz) can sliced Olives
4 slices Colby Jack Cheese
Pizza Dough
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Garlic Purée, and Parsley
Preheat oven to 425°.
Spray ramekins with non-stick cooking spray, anywhere the dough will touch.
Layer ramekins in the following order: 2 tablespoons Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Provolone Cheese, Sausage, Mushrooms, Olives, Pepperoni, Sliced Colby Jack, and Pizza Dough.
Mix Olive Oil, Garlic Purée, and Parsley together in a small bowl.
Paint Pizza Dough with Olive Oil mixture.
Bake till Golden Brown (my oven took 25 minutes).
Let pot pies cool for at least 15 minutes.
Turn pot pies upside down on a plate.
Remove ramekin.
Enjoy!
You may notice that there's no picture of the pot pies outside the ramekins... that's because I didn't instruct The Man to spray every surface of the ramekins. So, my Pot Pies never became bowls. But they still tasted good!
