No Yeast Pizza Dough

This was my first attempt at homemade pizza dough. And oddly enough, I think I got it right on the first try.

Ingredient List

2.5 cups Flour + more for working the dough

1 tablespoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Sugar

1 1/4 cups Warm Water

2 tablespoons Olive Oil + more to oil pans

1/4 cup Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Garlic Paste

2 tablespoons Dry Parsley

  1. If baking immediately, preheat oven to 425°.

  2. Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Salt & Sugar (and any other dry add-ins desired) in a medium-sized bowl.

  3. Measure Warm Water in a liquid measuring cup and add Olive Oil.

  4. Stir

  5. Dump Water and Oil into dry ingredients.

  6. Stir to combine. (If the mixture is too dry, add more water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough forms a shaggy ball with no dry spots)

  7. Set dough aside and oil pizza pans. (Trust me when I say to oil every surface this dough may touch!)

  8. Press dough into prepared pans. Sprinkle with more flour every time your fingers encounter a wet spot.

  9. Cover with sauce and your favorite toppings.

  10. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10-11 minutes, or to desired doneness.
