Garlic-Rosemary Brussel Sprouts

This was one of the first recipes I made in my Air Fryer. The Brussel Sprouts come out tender and tasty, and the saltiness of the Parmesan is the perfect compliment.


Ingredients List:

3 tablespoons Olive Oil

2 cloves Garlic (minced)

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1 pound Brussel Sprouts (trimmed & halved)

1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

1 1/2 teaspoons fresh Rosemary (minced)


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°.

  2. Place 1st four ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl.

  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.

  4. Toss Brussel Sprouts with 2 tablespoons Olive Oil.

  5. Place Brussel Sprouts on the tray in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  6. Stir sprouts.

  7. Cook until the sprouts are lightly browned and near the desired tenderness, about 8 minutes.

  8. Toss the Bread Crumbs with Rosemary and the remaining oil mixture.

  9. Sprinkle over sprouts.

  10. Continue cooking till crumbs are browned and sprouts are tender about 3-5 minutes.
