Garlic-Rosemary Brussel Sprouts
This was one of the first recipes I made in my Air Fryer. The Brussel Sprouts come out tender and tasty, and the saltiness of the Parmesan is the perfect compliment.
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 pound Brussel Sprouts (trimmed & halved)
1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh Rosemary (minced)
Preheat the air fryer to 350°.
Place 1st four ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Toss Brussel Sprouts with 2 tablespoons Olive Oil.
Place Brussel Sprouts on the tray in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Cook until the sprouts are lightly browned and near the desired tenderness, about 8 minutes.
Toss the Bread Crumbs with Rosemary and the remaining oil mixture.
Sprinkle over sprouts.
Continue cooking till crumbs are browned and sprouts are tender about 3-5 minutes.
