Easy Swedish Meatball Sauce

I've been on the hunt for a Swedish Meatball Sauce Recipe for a LONG TIME... because I'm terrible at making meatballs, so I just prefer to use ready-made store-bought meatballs. This one turned out better than I was expecting.

Ingredients List

1 cup Beef Broth

1 cup Heavy Cream

3 tablespoons All-purpose Flour

1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

1/2 (20oz) package frozen cooked Meatballs, thawed

  1. Whisk together beef stock, heavy cream, flour, soy sauce, black pepper, and rosemary in a large saucepan until smooth.

  2. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in meatballs, and continue cooking until meatballs are heated through about 5 more minutes.

  4. Serve over egg noodles.
