Crockpot Mississippi Chicken
I love a good set-it-and-forget-it crockpot meal. And this Mississippi Chicken is no exception. Tangy and juicy, and so quick to put together.
3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
1 medium Onion (diced)
1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
3/4 cup Juice from Pepperoncinis
1/2 cup Butter
Spray a large crockpot with a non-stick cooking spray.
Scatter diced Onion in the bottom of the crockpot.
Layer Chicken on top.
Sprinkle both packets over the Chicken.
Place pads of Butter randomly on top.
Pour the Juice over the chicken.
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
