Creamy Kielbasa and Kraut
This quick Kielbasa and Kraut will have you singing German songs at the dinner table. It's Keto friendly too!
1 Cup Onion (chopped)
1 Green Bell Pepper (diced)
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Package Kielbasa (I used one of those oval-shaped sausages)
2 Cups Sauerkraut
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Stone Ground Mustard (or Deli)
Prep the ingredients. Chop the onion, dice the pepper, slice the kielbasa.
Drain and squeeze dry the sauerkraut.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Saute the onion, green pepper, and kielbasa until browned.
Add the drained sauerkraut, and stir till heated.
Mix in the sour cream and mustard.
Serve in bowls, or wrapped in tortillas or pita bread.
