Cheesy Garlic & Meatball Rolls

Buttery dinner rolls are hollowed out, smothered in garlic butter then stuffed with meatballs, sauce, and cheese. Basically a slider-sized meatball sub. And... they're perfect for parties!

Ingredients List:

2 packages of Dinner Rolls (of your choice, 24 rolls total)

3 tablespoons Butter

3 cloves of Garlic (minced into butter)

Frozen Meatballs (24, or as close as you can get)

16 oz Mozzarella Cheese

Jar of your favorite Marinara Sauce

  1. Remove center from Dinner Rolls (to make room for the meatballs)

  2. In a small bowl, combine Butter and Garlic.

  3. Brush Garlic Butter on Dinner Rolls, and inside holes.

  4. Place a meatball inside each hole.

  5. Top each meatball with a dollop of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese.

  6. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are heated through and cheese is melted.
