BBQ Chicken Stromboli
I've sort of formed an addiction to Stromboli. I mean, I love pizza in all its forms, so, Stromboli was just the next step.
11oz can of Refrigerated Pizza Dough
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1 cup cooked Chicken
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup Red Onion (diced)
1/4 cup Pineapple Bits
Olive Oil (optional)
Steak Seasoning (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of pizza dough and stretch it thin and even on the parchment.
Spread the BBQ Sauce on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
Top with Chicken.
Top with Onion.
Top with Pineapple.
Top with Cheese.
Starting at one long side, carefully roll up the dough like a jelly roll.
Place the roll in the middle of the baking sheet, seem side down.
Tuck ends under the stromboli.
Cut several diagonal slits into the crust.
Rub with Olive Oil (optional).
Sprinkle with Steak Seasoning (optional).
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until deep golden brown.
