Baked Teriyaki Pork Chops

We don't eat a lot of pork in my house, because it doesn't agree with my stomach most of the time, but The Man had been driving a co-worker to and fro for a bit, and the co-worker kept giving him pork as a thank you, so I had to figure out something to do with it. Enter Baked Teriyaki Pork Chops.

Ingredients List:

4 Pork chops (or in my case, Pork Steaks)

1 Cup (plus) Teriyaki Sauce

1 20oz can Pineapple Chunks

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Place pork chops in the dish.

  4. Pour Teriyaki Sauce over pork chops.

  5. Arrange Pineapple Chunks on top of pork chops.

  6. Bake uncovered till the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. (My pork steaks were thick, so this took an hour for me.)
