When I say, super easy, I am absolutely not joking. Try them out, they were
delicious!!
Ingredients List:
Skin-on chicken thighs (I had 4, but this recipe is easily scalable)
2 tablespoons seasoning of your choice (I used Garlic and Herb)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place a rack on a baking sheet.
Place chicken, skin side down, on the rack.
Liberally sprinkle with chosen seasoning.
Turn chicken over.
Brush olive oil on skin.
Liberally sprinkle with chosen seasoning.
Roast in preheated oven until juices run clean, about 30 minutes.
Internal temperature should read 165 degrees.
