Smothered Beef Patties
Made this one night when The Man and I had a ton of errands to run and were going to be out all day. I wanted something ready when we got home. It was an experiment that worked out well.
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
1 can (14oz) Mexican Style Diced Tomates w/ Green Chilis
8 frozen Beef Patties (unthawed)
1 Onion (cut into 8 slices)
Sprinkle the bottom of the crockpot with a small amount of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of tomatoes.
Add 1 frozen beef patty.
Top with a small amount of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1 onion slice, and 2 tablespoons of tomatoes.
Repeat layers till you've used up all the Beef Patties.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
I'll admit, they're not the prettiest beef patties, but the taste was good.
