Peach Preserves

I love peaches. Peach pie, peach cobbler, peach preserves, fresh peaches, canned peaches, I love them all. We still had some canned peaches from last year's canning, so I decided to start with Peach Preserves this year.

Note: Always use a certified recipe when home canning for safety reasons.

All they need are the lids and a good process.

All processed and cooling, ready for a yummy sandwich, or to top some vanilla ice cream.
