Goulash

An age-old classic made by Grandma's everywhere, Goulash is a great quick meal for your busy mid-week night. And with my particular recipe, it's a one-pot dish!

Ingredient List:

1 lb Ground Beef

1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce

1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes

1 15 oz can Corn

2 6.5 oz cans Mushroom Stems & Pieces

2-3 Tablespoons of Spice Island Garlic and Herb Blend (to taste)

1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

2 Cups Elbow Macaroni

3 Cups Water

1 Cup Shredded Cheese (of your choice)

  1. In large pot, brown ground beef. Drain fat if necessary.

  2. Add Tomato Sauce, Diced Tomatoes, Corn, Mushrooms and Spices to the pot.

  3. Give it a stir.

  4. Add water to the pot.

  5. Add Elbow Macaroni to the pot.

  6. Give it a stir.

  7. Bring back to boil and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Don't overcook your pasta, it's not good.

  8. Remove from heat, and let sit for 5 minutes.

  9. Dish up and top with shredded cheese.

  10. Enjoy!
