This is a great quick dinner for those nights when it's too hot to cook and you just want something quick and yummy.
Ingredients: 1-2 lb of chicken (I used boneless / skinless thighs) Bottle of BBQ Sauce (of your choice)
Bag of Shredded Cabbage Bottle of Coleslaw Dressing Large Burger Buns
Put raw chicken in crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
While chicken cooks, make Coleslaw.
Pour cabbage into bowl. Add Coleslaw Dressing to desired amount. I tend to like mine a little overly sauced.
Refrigerate coleslaw till chicken is ready to meld the flavors.
When chicken is cooked through, drain off any liquid.
Shred chicken with a fork.
Pour in BBQ Sauce to desired amount.
Toast Buns if desired. Personally, I like mine squishy.
Pile BBQ Chicken onto bottom bun.
Pile Coleslaw onto BBQ Chicken
Add top bun.
