Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

This is a great quick dinner for those nights when it's too hot to cook and you just want something quick and yummy.

Ingredients: 1-2 lb of chicken (I used boneless / skinless thighs) Bottle of BBQ Sauce (of your choice)

Bag of Shredded Cabbage Bottle of Coleslaw Dressing Large Burger Buns

  1. Put raw chicken in crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.

  2. While chicken cooks, make Coleslaw.

  3. Pour cabbage into bowl. Add Coleslaw Dressing to desired amount. I tend to like mine a little overly sauced.

  4. Refrigerate coleslaw till chicken is ready to meld the flavors.

  5. When chicken is cooked through, drain off any liquid.

  6. Shred chicken with a fork.

  7. Pour in BBQ Sauce to desired amount.

  8. Toast Buns if desired. Personally, I like mine squishy.

  9. Pile BBQ Chicken onto bottom bun.

  10. Pile Coleslaw onto BBQ Chicken

  11. Add top bun.

  12. Enjoy!!
