This is a super quick dinner for those nights when you're too exhausted to cook, but you still want to feed your family something nutritious. Not only that, but if you've got the time, you can bake the chicken in the morning, and not heat up your house during those hot summer days.
Ingredients List: Bag of Frozen Popcorn Chicken 2 Bags of Caesar Salad Mix 2 Ripe Avocados Extra Caesar Dressing (if needed)
Start by baking the bag of Frozen Popcorn Chicken according to package directions. Set aside to cool. This could be done in the morning if you've got time.
Grab 2 bags of Caesar Salad Mix from your local grocery store. Upend them in a large bowl along with whichever of the add-ins you like in your salad. Personally, I'm not a fan of the herb mix that comes in some of them...
Dice the avocados into large pieces and add them to the salad bowl. Check out this cool hack on how to remove an avocado pit without a knife!!
Chop some of the larger pieces of Popcorn Chicken into smaller more bite-size pieces, and add to salad bowl.
Mix it all together. Add additional Caesar Dressing of choice if desired.
