Caramel Apple Dump Cake
I love a good dump cake. They're more like a cobbler than a cake, and that's just the way I like it.
2 20oz cans of Apple Pie Filling
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 1/2 cups Caramels (unwrapped)
1 box dry Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, cut into 1/4" thick pats
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Dump Apple Pie Filling into the baking dish.
Add Cinnamon and Nutmeg.
Stir to combine.
Arrange Caramels on top of the pie filling.
Evenly sprinkle Dry Cake Mix over the Caramels.
Place the pats of Butter evenly over the top of the whole dessert.
Bake the dump cake for 45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the edges are bubbly.
Cool slightly before serving.
