This quick and easy veggie-packed ramen stir fry is a super thrifty and quick weeknight meal. Plus, who doesn't love noodles??
1 pound Ground Beef
4 (3oz) Ramen Noodles
1 bag frozen vegetable mix
Cornstarch (for slurry)
In a large skillet, brown hamburger.
Add veggies and cook with the hamburger till defrosted.
Cook ramen according to package directions.
When ramen is cooked, add noodles to the pan with hamburger and vegetables.
Reserve cooking broth.
Stir noodles, hamburger, and vegetables to combine.
Add broth to the skillet. You may not need the entire reserved amount.
Combine cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
Add slurry to skillet to thicken broth.
